General lead time & expedited orders

• Weekly fresh flowers (in stock) - same day

• Dried and preserved flowers OR other fresh flowers - 1 to 3 days

• Candles and things - 1 to 3 days

For expedited orders requiring express delivery/pick up, please drop us an Instagram DM to order.

Standard Delivery - Charges & timing

Mondays to Saturdays from 10am to 9pm
Sundays (please DM to enquire)
• $18 flat rate or FREE for orders over $120
• At times, a lower tier delivery of $8 is offered for candles & things (non-perishable items)

Please however, rely on the delivery rates provided at checkout.

We seek your understanding that there is no forecasted timeslot as it could vary due to unforeseen delays such as traffic or weather. Please be kind to our delivery drivers braving the circumstances!

Note: For non-perishables, using a lower tier delivery, we recommend opting for delivery a day earlier to when you need your items. This will ensure that you receive your orders well in advance of the occasion, and you won’t be left anxiously waiting at the last minute. Alternatively, you may opt for express delivery at extra charges. 

A surcharge of $5 will be applicable for areas such as CBD, Sentosa, Changi Airport, Tuas and Choa Chu Kang.

More delivery info

Our delivery partner will ring the doorbell as a first point of contact. If you’re unavailable to receive, they’ll then drop you a call and/or leave the items at an available drop off point.

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate to avoid late or missed deliveries.

Alternatively, you may opt for self-collection.
